Overthinking is the enemy. These facts will never change...
1) Weight Loss-You will ALWAYS have to have a caloric deficit to lose weight.
2) Strength Training-To get stronger you will ALWAYS have to be consistent with your training.
3) Speed/Power- If you want to be faster, you will ALWAYS have to sprint/explode.
4) Hydration- You will ALWAYS have to drink water.
5) Regen- Sleep will ALWAYS be a priority.
These facts are very simple but for some reason very hard for a large majority to apply. Charge hard friends!
