These gentlemen are the living embodiment of what it’s all about-Finding a community of awesome humans making fitness a priority on a routine basis. Over the years one of our all-time favorite clients Dave Bird has had his father-in-law aka “Pops” jump into our gym to “Keep the old man out.” He’s the stud that is the second legend in on the right.
